Public Offer

This document is an official proposal (public offer) for concluding a service agreement.

1. General Provisions. The Service Provider is company No. OC965134, providing virtual number services for receiving SMS messages. The Client is an individual who accepts the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the Offer. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with access to virtual numbers for receiving SMS, and the Client undertakes to pay for the services rendered.

3. Payment Procedure. Payment is made via the personal account balance. The cost of the service is determined at the time of ordering and cannot be changed.

4. Liability. The Service Provider is not liable for the inability to deliver SMS due to reasons beyond the provider's control (telecom operator failures, number blocking by services).
