Return Policy

1. Refund Conditions. A refund is possible if the number was not used — that is, no SMS was received.

2. Refund Process. The refund is automatic: if no SMS arrives within 20 minutes of purchase, the number is cancelled and the funds return to your personal account balance. There is no need to contact support.

3. Non-refundable Funds. Funds are non-refundable after an SMS message has been received on the number. Bonus funds and promo codes are non-refundable.
